Menu Update

The new menu features a completely redesigned main character and a new effect. 

Panels and buttons also now have animations. If you think this is a small thing, I'll tell you that new systems have been developed under the hood that allow for various levels of detail to be added in minutes, not hours or days.

 
This is something I'm actually very proud of. Development has now begun in full swing, and a 100% Steam release is planned.
